My Workout Routine & Ethical Activewear
Running
I run 2 to 4 times a week. Most of my runs are about 30min long (approx. 5km) at talking pace either on flat road or with some elevation. Every once in a while I’ll go on a longer run 8km-15km with a buddy always. I love running on trails too so I love to do both trail and road running.
Running shoes: Scott Kinabalu for trails and ON Cloudrush for road running.
Running clothes: Organic Basics SilverTech line, otherwise I use some Scott and Adidas.
Cycling
I bike mostly during warmer months and take a break during Winter. At the moment I go on approximately 1 to 2 bike rides per week. As it’s the start of the season, I don’t go on long ride yet (more than 80-100km). Most my rides are around 1 to 2 hours long with some elevation. As Summer comes, I will most likely bike more.
Bike: Scott Addict RC
Accessories: POC Helmet, Specialized Triathlon Shoes (will change soon)
Cycling apparel: VOID Cycling, Scott, another brand I’ve never tried but has some great sustainability ratings is Vegan Athletic.
Yoga
I started yoga in 2014 and have been practicing on and off. For the last few years, I have rarely gone a full week without practicing once. My current average is 2 times per week and sometimes also to stretch before bed rather than a real intense flow. I like to sweat and I like when yoga is a bit tough, otherwise I get bored. I either create my own flow with music and do whatever posture feels nice, otherwise I follow a class on YouTube.

Workout
I do at home body workouts around 1 to 2 times per week. They’re great to get a sweat in a short amount of time. They also help me train muscles that I don’t train running or cycling.
